Return Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days only if received damaged by customers, and only with proper images and video proof provided. The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition, including all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other documents.

Refund

Once the returned product is received successfully and verified by Sunblac based on the provided image and video proof, Sunblac will initiate the refund to your source account or the chosen method of refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped/dispatched. After the products have been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but return may still be possible if the product arrives damaged with proper proof.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

Sunblac ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours, except Sundays and National Holidays.

For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery is usually within 3 to 4 business days after shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays). For other areas, products will be shipped through India Post or alternate carriers and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

At times, unexpected delays may occur due to logistics challenges beyond our control; Sunblac is not liable, but we strive to reduce such instances. Sunblac reserves the right to cancel any order if delivery takes longer than usual or the shipment is untraceable, and will refund the paid amount.
