Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement, except on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship our products across India using reputed courier services and India Post. For most locations, orders are shipped via courier; for remote areas, we use India Post.
Delivery Time

For areas serviced by courier: Delivery is typically within 3 to 4 business days after shipping (excluding Sundays and holidays).

For other areas: Delivery may take 1-4 weeks depending on location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders must be delivered to a valid physical address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is not collected within the specified period, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt or discuss further options.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
